Fitness Classes at Malibu Health Club

Yoga Flow

Traditional yoga sequences [ Hatha ] with flowing movement [ Vinyasa ] to improve your strength and flexibility.

Power Yoga:

Level 2/3 yoga flow. Prior experience recommended. Invigorating class. Wake up feeling great!

Restorative Yoga/ Pilates:

Props are used to support the body so that you can hold poses longer, allowing you to open your body through passive stretching.

Yoga Nidra:

A transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditation, proven to help insomnia, anxiety, depression, and calms the nervous system.

Power Cardio:

High Intensity Interval Training Class (HIIT). 45 Minutes of fast paced cardio and resistance. Modified for all levels.

Body Sculpt:

This class combines aerobics with hand weights for an exhilarating workout and muscle toning.

Mat Pilates:

A workout for the entire body with emphasis on your core muscles, integrating stretching, cardio, and strength.

Dance Fit:

Mix of dance, cardio, strength, and stretch.  No dance experience necessary.  Join the fun !
